According to Dictionary.com, when used an adjective, the definition of "rascal" means:

Made up of, belonging to, or relating to the common people: “Nor shall the Rascal Rabble here have Peace” (John Dryden).

I think there could be no truer definition of the Montana spirit. We are a population made up of, belonging to or relating to the common people. And that, to me, is why blogging has become so popular. The collective "common folk" have created an outlet for unique voices, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, whenever YOU feel like (or have time for) reading.
